For aspiring pop idols and shower-singing new'bees of any age and ability - for the daughter that longs to be Christina, the dad Frank or your girlfriend Mariah! We've recorded them from 8 to 92! Amazing professional results on digitally mixed and mastered souvenir CD's. Two singers can share the experience.

The recording studio experience day

On arrival all guests will be shown around our state-of-the-art recording studios by the engineer and producer. The Sounvenir CD's require a photograph of our star singing guest(s) as they pose in front of the microphone! The song choices from our ever-expanding backing track library are loaded on to our digital multi-track system ready for vocal recording.

Recording the CD

A few relaxed warm up takes are performed to the backing music to warm up to voice and overcome any initial nerves. Then a quick listen back before returning to the live room to record more takes after which it's back to the control room to watch the producer do his stuff. The best bits of every take are compiled together and with the use of the very latest technologies (including the fantastically magical "pitch correction", "voice doubling", "reverb" and "echo" features) we make the finished performance sound absolutely top quality. The track is mixed down ready for CD mastering at the end of the session while the singer(s) head back to the live room for the next track and performance.

CD's to take home

Once all tracks have been recorded, produced and mixed the master CD is then created. The Souvenir CD's will be made complete with a digital photograph taken at the start of the session. Extra copies of the Souvenir CD can be purchased in our upgrade packs (pack 1 is standard) by simply pressing the and buttons in the shopping basket - they make great gifts for friends and relatives - and can be proudly framed and hung as a memento of the occasion.

Watch the performance

Guests who have come to watch can do so either in the control room (behind the producer) where they can be seen by the singer(s) through the studio sound proof glass, or in the green room which is provided for maximum comfort with large leather corner sofa, 32" LCD television complete with active monitoring for viewing and hearing all the action in the studios (as it happens live) by no less than 9 camera feeds, complimented with tea, coffee and soft drink facilities available in the kitchen area to help yourself.

DVD to take home

Compliment the singing experience with a real-time DVD of the live room camera feeds complete with a stereo sound mix of the music, singing and producers comments as they happen. The video is completely unedited capturing absolutely every moment of the performer(s) in (and out) of action - very entertaining "big brother" style viewing!
